As the Government of India (GOI) called off Ramazan cease-ops on Sunday, Government forces on Monday launched the first cordon-and-search-operation (CASO) in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district.

The search operation was launched in Waghama village of Bijbehara following inputs about the presence of militants, local reports said.
