In an attempt to attract millennials and adapt to the rapidly-changing landscape of the technological realm and the face of general commute, bike manufacturing company Harley-Davidson is going all-electric in the next 18 months.

Harley-Davidson is going to debut its first-ever electric-powered motorcycle as part of its 2014 project that goes by the name of ‘Livewire’, which aims to popularize the idea of electrical motorbikes.

The company’s agenda revealed that “it will invest more aggressively to lead in the application of electric motorcycle technology,” particularly catering to all motorbike users aged 18-35, including women, African Americans and Hispanics.

The legendary bike brand had been having serious troubles with its sales since quite a few years. Until, it decided to change this with the introduction of electric bikes urging millennials to buy it more and more.
