India appoints former spy chief to lead ‘Kashmir dialouge’

India has appointed former Intelligence Bureau chief Dineshwar Sharma as the ‘National Representative for the Government of India in Kashmir,’ Home Minister Rajnath Singh said Monday.

The government will engage in dialogue with all sections of the society on the Kashmir issue, Singh said.
