Indian guru’s Art of Living turns ‘Art of Cheating’ in Kashmir, hooks people by deceit at SKICC

Srinagar: Indian guru Sri Sri Ravi Shankar’s Art of Living (AOL) hooked a number of Kashmiris at the Sher-i-Kashmir International Convention Centre (SKICC) “through deceit” where the organisation had scheduled a “peace conference” today.

“We were told that Pakistani diplomat is here. We are asking for freedom since 1947. We are with azadi and want to separate from India. We are already duped by PDP and NC. It was a deceitful act by the organisers,” a local told reporters in SKICC while the conference was going on. See video below:

After coming to know about the real event, many locals show their resentment and spoke about the deceit of the organisers.

Many locals said that they were asked to come to the venue on one pretext or the other without telling the participants that Shankar is scheduled to speak at the conference.

A youth said that the organisers had told them that they shall be receiving cricket kit bags by being part of the event.

“We were not knowing that this Indian guru will be here. Otherwise, we wouldn’t have come here. We were duped by the organisers,” the youth said.

The organisers of the event said that Shankar was invited by some “J&K Coordination Committee” which has been formed after “hundreds of local Kashmiris joined hands to organise an apolitical mega event, Paigam-e-Mohabbat” at Srinagar”.
