The Pakistan Railways has launched a ‘Kashmir Solidarity Day’ campaign by displaying posters on trains and railway stations.
Special posters regarding “rights of Kashmiri people and Indian atrocities” are being displayed on four trains, according to media reports.
The posters will be exhibited at Greenline Train, Tezgam Express, Khyber Mail and Jafar Express Train while banners will be displayed at all big railway stations including Lahore, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Noshehra, Lalamusa, Faisalabad, Multan, Bahawalpur, Khanewal, Sakhar, Rohri, Nawabshah, Karachi, Haiderabad, Sibbi and Quetta to express solidarity with the Kashmiri people.
“Special videos will also be played at railway stations from February 1-5 to highlight the issue of Kashmir and Indian atrocities against innocent Kashmiri people,” the reports said.
Last year, slain Hizbul Mujahideen commander Burhan Wani featured among Pakistan’s “national heroes” on a special train running across the country to mark the country’s 70th Independence Day.
