In Pictures: Shutdown, restrictions following Shopian bloodbath

Four civilians and two militants were killed in Shopian on Sunday evening. Army and police claimed the civilians were accompanying the militants and were killed during a shoot-out at Pahnoo village of Shopian. The locals, however, refuted the claim saying that the civilians had no connection with the militants. 

They identified the four civilians as Suhail Ahmad Wagay (22) son Khalid Ahmad Wagay of Pinjora, Shahid Khan (21) son of Bashir Khan of Malik Gund and Shahnawaz Wagay (23) son of  Ali Mohammad of Moolu, Trenz and Gowhar Ahmad Lone (24) of Trenz.

The two militants were identified as Aamir Malik and Ashiq Hussain. Both belonged to Lashkar-e-Toiba militant outfit.
