Jaish-e-Muhammad chief Maulana Masood Azhar said that the “sacrifices of Rohingya Muslims is waking up the Ummah” and “we need to prepare for action in Myanmar”.
Azhar said this in an article titled Burma, Restless in group’s house magazine – Al-Qalam – which he wrote under his pen-name Saadi.
“All of us must do whatever we can for Myanmar Muslims. Just supplicate for them, and get up to help them. You don’t need to show off what you are doing: just do it, and never stop,” the article said.
Azhar has termed the Myanmar Buddhist monk Ashin Wirathu as “son of rat” and “chief architect of genocide” in Myanmar.
“In fact, Buddhism wants to conquer the world and they feel Muslims as their biggest hindrance to make their dream come true,” Azhar wrote in the article.
