Govt shuts down 2 Srinagar schools

Srinagar: The district administration in Srinagar has yet again decided to suspend class work of two Srinagar schools on May 20. The Deputy Commissioner Srinagar Farooq Ahmad Lone said that class work at SP higher secondary school and MP higher secondary school tomorrow “as a precautionary measure”.

Srinagar: Former All Parties Hurriyat Conference Chairman and present Muslim Conference Chairman Prof. Abdul Gani Butt is scheduled to release his autobiography titled Beyond me tomorrow at his party headquarters at Wazir Bagh at 11am. Prof. Butt is also scheduled to deliver a speech on his autobiography and the prevailing situation in Kashmir, a statement issued by his party said.
