A man from Baramulla district is missing for the past ten days after he left for Srinagar to attend a court hearing, his family said Thursday.

Masooda Bano, the mother of the missing youth, told reporters at Press Enclave in Srinagar that her son Nasir Ali left his home in Qadim Jamia Baramulla on Dec 2 with the information that he has to appear for a court hearing in Srinagar.

“From that day, we never saw him. We don’t know where he has gone. A missing report stands registered in police station Barmulla,” she said.

“I am a widow. Nasir is my elder son and the only bread earner. I appeal people and authorities to help us trace him,” she said.
