
Joint Resistance Leadership (JRL) today called for a shutdown and protests tomorrow against the civilian killings in southern Kulgam district.
Addressing a presser in Srinagar, the JRL comprising Syed Ali Geelani, Miwaiz Umar Farooq and Yasin Malik appealed for a shutdown tomorrow.
They also asked people to hold protests tomorrow against the Kulgam killings.
Three civilians were shot dead by government forces in Khudwani area of south Kashmir during a gunfight. One soldier was also killed in initial exchange of gunfire.
