Srinagar: An encounter is underway at Langate area of Handwara in Kupwara district of north Kashmir. The encounter broke out in the wee hours of Monday morning. Two militants are believed to be trapped in the area which is cordoned off by 30RR Indian Army, police sources confirmed.
