Srinagar: Due to a spike in bank robberies in south Kashmir, the bank authorities have issued an advisory to “vulnerable branches not to deal with cash” in the wake of the prevalent security situation, sources told Narrator.

The Jammu and Kashmir bank authorities on Wednesday have asked their south Kashmir bank branches neither to make any payment nor to accept any cash at their respective branches, they added.

“The customers are told to avail such services at the main branches instead,” they said.
