Srinagar: Border Security Force (BSF) troopers shot dead a woman from Pakistan early on Monday in Punjab’s frontier district of Gurdaspur, a BSF official told a news agency.

The woman was shot dead near pillar 15/3, the report said, adding that the identity of the woman “intruder” is being verified.
