Srinagar: Two days after a viral video showing 30 militants from various outfits together “made security forces fretful in the Valley,” another video has surfaced on social media on Saturday.
The two-minute video, published on YouTube, shows more than a dozen armed militants receiving tips from another militant.
After quoting some verses from the Qur’an, the militant, speaking in Kashmiri, says that “both Lashkar-e-Toiba and Hizbul Mujahideen are fighting for Islam”.
The video has surfaced on social media despite the 30-day government ban on social media.
In an official order, the Jammu and Kashmir government banned 22 social media websites in the Valley.
However, through various secret browsers and encryptions, a considerable number of Kashmiri social media activists were seen online since the ban has been imposed.
